Discover New Food And Drink Pioneers at Harrogate Fine Food Show 2015

Registration is now open for deli, farm shop, café and garden centre owners, along with publicans, hoteliers and restaurateurs, to visit the Guild of Fine Food's Harrogate Fine Food Show, which returns to the Yorkshire Event Centre on Sunday 21 June from 11am – 4pm and Monday 22 June from 9:30am – 4pm.

This trade-only event attracts more than 1,000 trade visitors each year, bringing together the very best local, regional, national and international producers and suppliers under one roof.

The two day exhibition promises to give food and drink buyers a first-glimpse of many innovative products that have never before been seen at a trade show, helping them explore new ideas and refresh their offering. What's more, visitors ranging from butchers to bakers and brewers will be able to discover emerging food and drink trends, meet fellow producers and be among the first to sample brand new products.

Tutored tastings in the Guild of Fine Food's FineFoodLive! theatre will include a beer and spirit session with BBC Radio 2s, Nigel Barden and a comparative English wine tasting with James Lambert from Lyme Bay Winery. Stephanie Moon, consultant, chef and TV cook, will demonstrate how to turn those short shelf-life products and leftovers into delicious dishes, snacks and nibbles that can be sold on to customers, while Mick Whitworth, editor of Fine Food Digest, will showcase some of the best charcuterie the UK has to offer as part as an on-going campaign to support this important category of any fine food shop.

Throughout the two days, visitors will also be able to attend a Meet the Buyer event, in association with Deliciously Yorkshire, get useful tips and advice about maximising festive sales at the three-hour Cracking Christmas workshop and watch food and drink entrepreneurs pitch to big-name food buyers, such as Selfridges, Harrods and Booths in the ever-popular Feed the Dragon live sessions.
