Award-Winning Bistro's Ready To Woo Both Brides And Diners

England's Best Bistro – Aspect Bar & Bistro in Morecambe – is about to launch a new wow factor feature for diners and couples getting married at the award-winning venue.

The family-owned eatery, which scooped the 'Best Bistro' title in the Food Awards England and Wales, is ready to launch Aspect 320 – a brand new outdoor terrace dining area, backed by an interior dining space boasting a champagne and gin bar. A six-figure investment underpins this development, at a venue that already generates fantastic and genuine TripAdvisor reviews, without eliciting these from customers.

The new terrace, directly overlooking the promenade, will provide Morecambe with a truly spectacular outdoor area in which couples can take their vows.  It will enable brides and grooms and those forming Civil Partnerships, to be married against the stunning backdrop of Morecambe Bay, famed for its beauty and amazing sunsets, while also treating their guests to award-winning food.

As well as hosting weddings, Aspect 320 will be used as a tapas bar, offering an extended high quality and authentic tapas menu.  A range of new dishes will join those currently on offer and will reflect Aspect's ethos of only offering food in season, which is created, grown, caught or reared by top quality producers and artisans.  Tasty and fresh homemade pizzas and other light-bite options will be other delights that can be devoured on the new terrace, though these will all be far from the norm and in keeping with the exciting options already served by chef, Gavin Riley.

Aspect Bar and Bistro's owners, Paul and Judy Bury, have also been sourcing award-winning gins from around the world, to ensure their champagne and gin bar is as huge a talking point as the view.

Paul Bury says: “The new development is looking fantastic and we already have bookings from couples wishing to use the terrace.

“We are continuing our policy of bringing something different to Morecambe and hope we can play our part in local tourism, attracting more people to the town and demonstrating that a quality dining experience can be enjoyed in one of Britain's most traditional and historic seaside resorts.”

The Bar and Bistro is open every day of the week, for both lunch and dinner.  More information is available at www.aspectbar.com  and enquiries can be taken on 01524 416404.
