WHAT'S FOR DINNER? SECOND HELPINGS

This Christmas give a gift that keeps on giving!  Purchase “What's for Dinner? Second Helpings”, a 767 page cookery book for the foodie in your family this festive season and help raise much needed funds for The Food Education Trust (www.foodeducationtrust.com), a charity dedicated to equipping  children and adults with basic cookery skills so they can learn the importance of a balanced home-cooked diet. “What's for Dinner? Second Helpings is THE ONLY cookery book in the UK, where 100% of sale proceeds go directly to charity.

The gift doesn't just end with the giving of “What's for Dinner? Second Helpings” nor with The Food Education Trust.  The recipient will be able to cook delicious, easy to prepare balanced meals for family and friends throughout the year.  Romilla Arber is not a chef; she is a busy mum of four children who recognizes the need to cook healthy food for her family. Everyday cooking is a challenge as it is about more than just the cooking – it's requires budgeting, ensuring a balanced diet, planning what to cook and shopping for it.
