Explore Foods Around The World At Edinburgh New Town Cookery School

This summer the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School (ENTCS) is offering amateur cooks the chance to explore cuisines from around the world with their one day cooking workshops.  The courses are ideal for those who have always wanted to put some spice into their cooking – or just recreate dishes they have enjoyed in restaurants at home or abroad.

Whether Vietnamese Cuisine, Thai Cooking, Mediterranean Kitchen or Curries Around the World, there is a course to whet every appetite and cater for every taste.

Each course includes a short demonstration over coffee/tea and homemade biscuits, followed by two practical tutored cookery sessions which will give straightforward steps to producing a flavourful meal at home. In the morning, students will make their own lunch which is then served in the gorgeous Georgian dining room with a glass of wine.  After lunch, the second round of cooking commences where students will cook dishes which they can take home and enjoy later.

The courses run from 9.45 am to 4.00 pm with places still available.  To book contact: www.entcs.co.uk
