Lovingly crafted from vine to wine by winemaker James Thomas at Knightor, near St Austell Bay, Knightor Brut NV is a delightfully elegant sparkling wine. Knightor Brut NV is about pure fun and enjoyment. On the nose it is elegant, with light floral aromas, peach and apple like fruit, and subtle lees notes.  Despite the dosage being at the Brut level, it also has plenty of fruit flavour which along with its vibrant and fresh mousse makes for a fuller more jovial style.

The wines fruity flavour emanates from Seyval Blanc, Reichensteiner, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes.  These were handpicked from Knightor's two vineyards situated on the South coast of Cornwall at Portscatho in the Roseland and Seaton near Looe as well as other English vineyards.  After picking, the grapes were gently whole bunch pressed and fermented in small batches in Knightor's on-site winery prior to blending.  Secondary fermentation and ageing in the bottle resulted in the creation of this immensely enjoyable, fresh English sparkling wine.

Knightor Brut NV demands the best possible grapes. Knightor has two vineyards which have approximately 17,000 vines, now six to seven years old. The vineyards benefit from the milder Cornish weather which has helped winemaker James to develop a range of distinctively English, light and highly drinkable still and sparkling wines - the epitome of refined English character.

Set in a venue that has the rustic charm of a historic granite farmstead in the Cornish countryside combined with the finest modern technology, Knightor is the perfect marriage of 'new wines, old world'.
