Exclusive New Lifestyle Course From Chef Lesley Waters

New Year diet not working - again...?

As thousands of Brits struggle with the latest New Year fad diet, the celebrity chef, Lesley Waters, has launched a new 2 day course, Shine, to provide tools for following a healthier lifestyle through nutrition, physical and emotional wellbeing.

The two-day course, at Lesley's own Abbots Hill Cookery School in West Dorset, provides inspiring and practical tools to use at home in order to improve your and your family's health. It includes cooking demonstrations by Lesley herself, an 'outside in' approach to skincare with a professional aromatherapist, core-strengthening exercises with a qualified physiotherapist and a session on style and body shape with a wardrobe stylist.

Comments Lesley Waters: "How many mornings have you woken up and promised yourself today is the day that you are going to start a new diet wonder plan? The fact is that diets don't usually work, and if they do, they don't last. I have created Shine to help people make small but sustainable lifestyle changes that banish the tyranny of dieting. Nurture yourself and your family to being healthy and happy in your own skin - it's not about being skinny!"

The first two-day Shine course is on 16 and 17 May 2013 (additional dates in September and January to be confirmed). It costs £260 inc VAT per person including lunch. Special rates at a choice of nearby B&Bs and hotels are available - the venue is seven miles from Yeovil (the closest railway station).

Lesley Waters also runs Hands On Days such as bread-making, cooking with chillis and men-only sessions plus Demonstration Workshops.
