The Chocolate Festival announces Spring/ Easter dates for Brighton, Oxford and London

During the run up to Easter, Chocoholics will be able to get their fix at 3 separate festivals.

New Road, Brighton, Broad Street, Oxford and Southbank Centre, London, will be transformed into a chocolate lover’s paradise, with a selection of stalls selling and sampling chocolate in all  its forms, from warming hot chocolate to artisan truffles – and even chocolate chilli!

Visitors will not only have the opportunity to eat and shop, but can chat to some of the UK’s top chocolatiers and learn about different aspects of chocolate, including health benefits, uses and how to taste like a professional.

In London, a series of free tutored tastings, talks and demonstrations will be available in the Chocolate Cookery Theatre, coordinated by renowned chef and culinary expert Valentina Harris.
