As I sit here putting stuff up on my blog I was sitting and wondering what would you like to see here? As a professional chef who is just blogging away is there any thing that you want to know or for me to blog about, recipes ingredients tips and tricks.

All I know is that I would like to become so and if you have any question please ask and I will post the answer.

A lot is spoken about Yorkshire pudding but is in not such a very difficult thing to do. All it is, is a batter mix that is put in a mould with some oil so that it soufflés up as it bakes.
